From time to time, we take photos and videos during lessons, performances, and events to showcase our programs and students' progress on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and other promotional materials.

We value your privacy and require your consent before using any content featuring you or your child.

Consent Details

By signing this form, you authorize Prolific Creation Studios LLC to:

Take photographs and record videos of you/your child during lessons, performances, or events.
Use these photos or videos for:
- Social media posts and stories (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
- Video platforms (e.g., YouTube).
- Marketing materials (flyers, brochures, or website).

This consent is:
